Personal opinion

For sure one of the best books what i read on digital minimalism.

A book that covers concepts with a humor that makes you not stop laughing, at the same time the author demonstrates how technology is often not to blame for anything.

We are the ones who consciously (most of the time) enter into worlds that we know are addictive and that without responsible use can end up harming our lives.

Undoubtedly, Manuel tells very clearly how these technologies are made by professionals in psychology and neuroscience so that they are highly addictive. That for one thing.

On the other hand, we are, realistically speaking, technology has given us many good things and will continue to do so, however, under our responsibility is to educate ourselves and our children to use it correctly.

A book that can be read in one sitting, summarizes very clearly what it is digital minimalism y todas the advantages having connect with meaning.
